When I was a kid, and I had chores to do, cleaning was my assignment. Clean the bathroom, clean the floors, and clean up things around the house. Well in order to do this I used food coloring to identify in spray bottles what chemical I was using. Well one I never managed to change was bleach. I put in twice or three times the colorant normally I used to try and change bleach. but with no success. It would always return to its original semi clear color.
I have thought lately that this analogy is often what it seems we try and do with life. things that happen, problems that occur. We put forth so much effort into changing them and they don't seem to make a difference. I understand this more than some. But one thing I remind myself is that if you keep putting one drop in at a time, and keep putting it in, well eventually it will change. sooner or later it will become less bleach, and more effort and it has to give way. Right now things are tough with everyone. I just relay this to maybe help those that I know are having tough times as we speak. My slogan has always been just keep your head up and above water. And although I agree with that, this has brought me much more help lately. I wish that this may shine a little in rough times and help us all along the way.

| Batman lawsuit. |

In response to this subject I post this as reference: BATMAN
Now, when I first read this I thought to myself how absurd, the very idea of it made me sick. Does the Mayor truly believe that this can be done and plan to go through with it? I am sure there is no legal base in this and the alleged side effects of this name being used were unbelievable. Then I read this:
But a former Batman resident, currently living in the Germany city of Wesel, is one of those citizens who cannot use Batman as a title for his business. ?I named my two restaurants Batman,? said the citizen. ?But six months ago, a team of employees from the production company of the movie Batman made me change the title. Telling them that Batman was the name of my hometown did not change anything.
Now I still believe that the idea of the suicide rate and whatnot is total idiocy at its greatest, but I must say that if you are going to tell people THEY cannot use the name, in reference to something completely different, and the man was BORN in Batman, well I think you open yourself up to this and probably end up paying the town of Batman as well. What laws and binding owner ships are good for goose of the folks who own the name to stop this poor man from Batman naming his place of business (in a foreign country.) should apply to the town or place where the name originated from. They should be able to protect there name as well.
I don't know. Thoughts? I mean, I am no lawyer or anything but it only seems fair.

I have to take this oppertunity to thanks everyone that hung out and partied and whatnot with me on my trip to michigan. It was a very nice experiance. Being back in Mi. was very cool, i miss all of you already. To new friends it was a pleasure meeting and getting to party with you as well. To Tom, thanks espesially for the rides to and from places. To Bethy and Mel, thankyou for getting me there and being able to make time to hang out i love you gals. To Pate, awsome seeing you bro, i hope it shall not be the last. Jason and co. Thanks for the palce to crash and eat, and getting up and driving back to the mexican village. lol. got me back here in good shape. to everyone i seen you guys are awsome. Every time im there its a party, you know how to do it up right. Much love.

You know, I never quite realized while riding just how big my GXR is. That is until I put it in my house. I parked it in my office today because I didn't feel like bringing it back to the garage and omg it dominates the room. lol

Well nobody could have told me that i had passed the state exam for law enforcement. I thought that i did not do so well, to an extreme degree. But to my shock and surprise i did. Thats right. This cat passed. Ughhhhhhh i cannot belive i have done all this. From day one everyone else had more faith in me than i did. So i thank all that said i could do it. Next step, application. Final step, employment. That will be an awesome day.

So i havent updated in forevor. As my good friend Bethy was saying the other day, it has been too long. SO, recent events. living life day to day. Big events, as of this monday i graduated the police academy. I did much better than i thought i woudl have at the end. i have faith and confidence in myself but still going into it not knowing what to excpect is nerve wrecking. Not knowing exactly how tough or easy it might be. but it wasnt as bad as i thought it was going to be. Now dont get me wrong, this was not by any means easy, just easier than i thought. next step is a job, well, the state exam on the 27th of this month, but i think i will pass that. so the application process begins. nothing else is really been happening for the past seven months almost eight. School has been my life, in and out. So if i think of anything else i will update again, but at least you folks know what i have been up to.

Ive heard it all now. Ok, i seen it. Now i have seen and heard many guys go to great lenghts to get some action late night at a bar and whatnot, but, i heard the best one tonight. A guy i know actually played the "im going to jail and i want to spend my last nights with you." card. he just played it out of the blue. He was getting turned down and he went there. I was amazed, now, it is true that he might be goig to jail this guy, but, an excuse to get a piece of booty? oh no he didnt. i told him that when she turned him down with that, he needed to over trump with the " to avoid the charges im going into the armed forces, and they ship me to Iraq in a few days" card. Oh man the lengths guys will go......it kills me.

This afternoon i woke up with an incredible missing of all that is michigan. Its getting colder there, its right about my favorite time of year. And of cource i miss all you delinquints.
